Is there such a program?  I heard there was a program where you could get a mortgage and there would be no payments required for six months or more.Has anyone done one of those or heard of that?

I heard you can cancel your mortgage loan three-years lter.  Has anyone else heard this?When you cancel your mortgage loan, do you get a refund of interest payments and the appraisal fee?

I've got this company telling me they can remove a foreclosure from someone's credit report.  Has anyone heard of such a thing?The Declarations on page 3 would still have to be checked yes to foreclosure anyway.  Would that help?

There was a Bloomberg article today titled: "U.S. Foreclosures Jump 57% as Homeowners Walk Away (Update4)", but the article itself didn't mention any stats or evidence of people "Walking Away".My question is that is it possible the media is working the American public into a "Walking Away" frenzy...
