I was wondering if the presidential elections would help real estate activity.  What do you think A/R?  Will the elections help the market? 

I know some of you are doing fantastic with advertising to attract more buyers and now it's time to help each other out to make this a better place.  OK?  So, let's have it! What do you do to spice up the ad to get more buyers to your listings? Come on A/R, what have you got?  Be Creative!

I'm noticing there are fewer and fewer lenders out there.  Pretty soon, we'll all be brokering loans to each other.

I'm thinking this FHA refinance program sounds all well and nice, but the lenders have to be willing to write the loans down.  Won't the lenders just do a loan modification for the interest rate instead of a principal write-down? In my guestimation, there's not much Hope in the Hope For Homeowner...

My hope is that the program will help people to avoid foreclosure by refinancing into affordable FHA loans.  They should write the guidelines quick!  Some people are just walking away from their homes.  It's a shame if they could qualify for a Hope For Homeowners refinance and they walked away in...

Isn't that the best way to meet clients?  You're relaxing on vacation and building a pipeline of business.   At this rate, I might just stay on permanent vacation! What do you thinks A/R? Do you like to meet new clients whil on vacation?

If so, then should borrowers stop making their payments? Seems like a twisted game of chicken to play with the lender.  First one that blinks loses. What do you think A/R? Are lenders daring homeowners to be late to get a reward?
