I live in MS and I drove by a sign the other day that stated the property was going up for auction... The confusing part was it was a Real Estate agent with an auctioneers license... I totally don't understand.

Guys I really need some feed back on this one. In the metro area that I live in new homes are being rented. These areas are no  longer the less desirable part of town but actually some of your nicer areas. We also have huge billboards that state FOR RENT NEW HOMES. Is this happening anywhere else?

I looked up the law per MS. The attorney represents the mortgage company. However, I also need to know Who picks the appraiser per RESPA. I have always been told the mortgage company but when it comes to RESPA I think it is the buyer. Please help
