I love to do fish on the barbie. But you need to be real careful about not over cooking it. Did you know that you can eat raw salmon? So don't feel the need to over cook it. Place a peice of plank wood under it or even a couple layers of foil. Keep the heat real low. The longer it takes to cook.....
