There are about 40,000 total lots in Bella Vista with about 13,000 built on. That leaves a good amount of vacant lots to be developed. Every Bella Vista lot already has water to it. Most would require an on site septic stystem although the waste water department is working to bring central sewer to more and more people each year. The unique thing about owning a lot in Bella Vista Village is that you would automatically become a member of our seven golf courses and our seven lakes. There are, of course, dozens and dozens of more activities since this community was originally set up as a vacation destination. You will find tennis, parks, trails, card clubs, state by state sports clubs, pools, miniature golf and a host of other activities designed to keep old and young alike busy. Golf is extremely reasonable as far as price and quality. The golf courses are all very well kept and you can choose between either a professional 18 hole course or an all par 3's course. When we play, we play the 9 hole Brittany course, which takes about one and a half hours and costs us $9 per person plus cart. Bella Vista lots are reasonable prices as well, ranging from as little as $2500 up to $8500 on average. Of course, better lots or premium lake or golf lots are more. Most lots are about 1/3 of an acre and are already platted and recorded. I hope you will consider Bella Vista if you are looking for a nicer area that offers plenty of activity. Where else in the country can you find lots for under $20,000 that grant you membership to not one, but seven golf courses?
