Seems if a guy like Columbus can brazenly sail unchartered waters and risk death, famine and disgrace…all for the sake of hitting his goals for the year…can’t you and I get past one or two little fears and make client calls or even (gasp!) drop by a home or two? Just asking…

Seems much is studied about productivity stats, sales-per-person, percentage of good leads versus bad, etc. Seems one could spend a boatload of time producing those numbers—and then perhaps…at the end of the day come up with detailed synopsis and proposed blah-de-de-blah. Fodder for endless sales...
