Our Pocono market is making an improvement, too!  Prices have leveled and many properties are on the market.  A lot of folks I've been speaking to in the industry have been saying that they've been experiencing more activity, and not just tire kickers!  Good news for the new year! 

How do you handle listing properties for friends/family?  Do you discount the rate of commission or not?  Wrestling with the pros and cons and different outcomes.
