There has been a reasonable market activity at the Gates of McLean this year. Investors and homeowners are still realizing the value of the community. Very interesting article. Not sure if the 20% value increase will be enough to make a difference but with documention of the improvements investors should be able to recoup the cost to rehab these homes. More info at http://www.hud.gov/offices/hsg/sfh/waivpropflip2010.pdf . The news is spreading...
