Theresa The Realtor Who Cares

Hi, Has anybody done or seen a five (or nine) day sale for real estate?  If you have done one, did it work?  What are the pos and cons ?

Are Short Sales working for anyone in this area?  Wouldn't lenders rather the property go into foreclosure so the can collect their MI?
